Job Description

The IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge has an immediate opportunity for an experienced forward thinking Hybris Functional Specialist with a passion for growth and innovation. The SAP Hybris functional specialist will work in creating the package solution for customers who require customization of catalog and order management on SAP’s Hybris ecommerce platform which is built on Java Spring Frame work. The successful candidate for this position will:
Analyze business requirements and project objectives; develop application functional specifications
Conduct workshops that help stakeholders understand the functionality of Hybris software and how the software can be adopted to meet their needs.
Meet with customers and partners to outline expectations.
Conduct blue print sessions to define stakeholder alignment/Gather and evaluate project requirements.
Discuss best practices for Hybris projects across multiple methodologies: waterfall, agile, SCRUM, et al
Keep up to date on current and road mapped Hybris features, functionality, and terminology.
Communicate with technical and non-technical users: business stakeholders, developers, end users, and Project Managers.
Manage follow-ups and action items from workshop sessions with Consultants, SDMs, and/or Account Managers.
Serve as a functional advisor and problem solver to stakeholders to assist them in optimizing their use of the product suite to define, build and deploy online e-commerce (B2B, B2C) applications.

The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge, Louisiana center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. No remote opportunities exist. Join a leader. MILBR ERBPBR Qualifications

3 years of experience in E-commerce or Product Information Management (PIM) systems
3 years of experience in software business analysis or consulting
3 years of experience in functional consulting for Hybris implementation
Basic knowledge in e-commerce platforms
